This is a reminder to anyone who is doing business within the town limits of Pelzer, whether it be selling a home in town your realtor needs to obtain a license, hiring contractors to work on your house, property, even landscape,lawncare or home business based residents MUST obtain a Business License. So, please let your realtors, contractors or yourself know that they must all comply with the Business License. There will be late fees added to the business's who have been notified and have yet to comply with this new Ordinance/law for the town. You can find the applications here on the website so you can complete and send to the town and we will contact you with how much your license is. Thank you.
